POSTAGE

The store adds up the weight of your chosen items, wich determines the price of shipping. While you are ordering you can see exactly what the postage would be, at that point you can still cancel your purchase. Orders over 75 euro are shipped free of charge.

PACKING AND SENDING

All orders are handled and packed with love and care by myself. Artprints, Monoprints and Gigposters are shipped in a sturdy tube. All other small artwork in a protected envelope or box. Your package will be sent out within 2 days after your payment is done.
I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments for (Inter)national orders so please be advised that we cannot replace missing posters or money unless you have chosen to have your order sent secured. The good news is this rarely happens.
I don`t do refunds or exchanges.
Disputes may be submitted to the Online Dispute Resolution using this link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

YOUR SCREENPRINT

The images on the site are representative of the actual art, but may not exactly match the item you purchase. Not all the images are created from a photo of the printed art, but sometimes from a digital file of the design. All posters and most of the artprints are screenprinted by hand, by me. The process has limitations which create variations in color and registration. So the poster you receive may have a small glitch or a smudge, but i will never ship out an unacceptable print. These imperfections are one of the charmes of silkscreen prints.
